Rajeshwer Singh is the Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He is also the Promoter of our Company. He has been on the Board of Directors of our Company since incorporation. He holds a degree in bachelor’s of engineering (electrical) from Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur. He has completed an advance certificate course in power distribution management from Indira Gandhi National Open University. He was previously associated with Delhi Transco Limited, Sterling and Wilson Limited, PR Fonroche Private Limited and Mahindra EPC Services Private Limited. He has over 18 years of experience in the field of solar EPC (Engineering procurement construction), Bess (Battery Energy Storage Systems), grid substation, power transmission, O&M (Operation & Maintenance), BESS manufacturing, independent power production development. He is primarily responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, market expansions, investor relationships and growth initiatives.

Mr. Bhagirath Singh
Bhagirath Singh is the Whole-time Director of our Company. He holds a degree in bachelor’s of technology (electrical and electronics engineering) from Rajasthan Technical University, Kota.
He has been on the Board of Directors of our Company since August 28, 2024. He has been associated with our Company since 2019 as a purchase lead. He has over 9 years of experience in the field of solar. He is primarily responsible for overseeing end to end operational activities of solar projects in our Company.
Whole Time Director
Mr. Manan Jain
Manan Jain is the Whole-time Director and CFO of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Rajasthan. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and he is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has been on the Board of Directors of our Company since January 1, 2026. He was previously associated with Vimal Goel & Associates as an associate partner and with MJAG & Company as a managing partner. He also had a proprietorship firm named Manan Jain Luhadia & Associates. He was also associated with Jhandewalas Food Limited and Solar91 Cleantech Limited (formerly known as Solar91 Cleantech Private Limited) as an Independent Director. He has over 10 years of experience in the field of audit and taxation.
He is primarily responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, project financial modelling, cash flow planning and performance monitoring in our Company. In addition to being on the Board of our Company, he serves on the Board of Genxai Analytics Limited as an Independent Director.

Mr. Susshil Daga
Susshil Daga is an Independent Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since January 28, 2026. He holds a degree of bachelor’s of law from University of Rajasthan and he is also a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is also enrolled as an advocate in the Bar Council of Rajasthan since 2011. He is presently associated with Amicus Legal Advocates & Consultants as a managing partner. He has over 14 years of experience in the field of law, including litigation, arbitration and legal consultancy matters.

Ms. Praneti Agarwal
Praneti Agarwal is an Independent Director of our Company. She has been associated with our Company since January 28, 2026. She is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She was enrolled in the course of LLB from University of Rajasthan. She was previously associated with Ramanand Goyal & Co. Chartered Accountants as a senior partner. Currently, she is partner of a chartered accountant firm M/s Praneti Agarwal and Co. She has over 9 years of experience in the field of accountancy and taxation.

Ms. Monica Sharma
Monica Sharma is an Independent Director of our Company. She has been associated with our Company since March 5, 2026. She holds a degree in bachelor of engineering (mechanical) from University of Rajasthan (Jaipur). She holds a provisional degree certificate for master’s in business administration from Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur. She also holds a degree of doctor in philosophy from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani. She was previously associated with Genus Overseas Electronics Limited and Rajasthan Diesel Sales & Service.
She was also associated with Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani as an Assistant Professor. She has been associated with Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur since July 16, 2012. She has over 27 years of experience in the field of teaching.
