Chairman and Managing Director
Rajeshwer Singh is the Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He is also the Promoter of our Company. He has been on the Board of Directors of our Company since its incorporation. He holds a degree in bachelor’s of engineering (electrical) from Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur.
He has completed an advance certificate course in power distribution management from Indira Gandhi National Open University. He was previously associated with Delhi Transco Limited, Sterling and Wilson Limited and PR Fonroche Private Limited. He has over 15 years of experience in the field of solar and project]. He is primarily responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, strategic partnerships and market expansions
Whole Time Director
Bhagirath Singh is the Whole-time Director of our Company. He holds a degree in bachelor’s of technology (electrical and electronics engineering) from Rajasthan Technical University, Kota. He has been on the Board of Directors of our Company since August 28, 2024.
He has been associated with our Company since 2019 as a purchase lead. He has over 6 years of experience in the field of solar . He is primarily responsible for overseeing end to end operational activities of solar projects in our Company.
Whole Time Director
Manan Jain is the Whole-time Director and CFO of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Rajasthan. He is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and he is an associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has been on the Board of Directors of Our Company since January 1, 2026. He was previously associated with Vimal Goel & Associates as an associate partner and with MJAG & Company as a managing partner. He also had a proprietorship firm named Manan Jain Luhadia & Associates. He was also associated with Jhandewalas Food Limited as an Independent Director. He has over 10 years of experience in the field of finance and accountancy.
He is primarily responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, project financial modelling, cash flow planning and performance monitoring in our Company. In addition to being on the Board of our Company, he serves on the Board of Genxai Analytics Limited.
Independent Director
Susshil Daga is the Independent Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since January 28, 2026. He holds a degree of bachelor’s of law from University of Rajasthan and he is also a fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is presently associated with Amicus Legal Advocates & Consultants as a managing partner.
He has over 12 years of experience in the field of law, including litigation, arbitration and legal consultancy matters
Independent Director
Praneti Agarwal is an Independent Director of our Company. She has been associated with our Company since January 28, 2026. She is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She was enrolled in the course of LLB from University of Rajasthan.
She is partner of a chartered accountant firm M/s Praneti Agarwal and Co. She has over 2.4 years of experience in the field of accountancy and finance.
Independent Director
Monica Sharma is an Independent Director of our Company. She has been associated with our Company since March 5, 2026. She holds a degree in bachelor of engineering (mechanical) from University of Rajasthan (Jaipur). She also holds a degree of doctor in philosophy from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani.
She was previously associated with Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani and Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur as an Assistant Professor. She has over 30 years of experience in the field of teaching.
