Rajeshwer Singh

CMD and Managing Director
Rajeshwer Singh is the Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He is also the Promoter of our Company. He has been on the Board of Directors of our Company since incorporation. He holds a degree in bachelor’s of engineering (electrical) from MBM Engineering College (Jai Narain Vyas University), Jodhpur.

He has completed an advance certificate course in power distribution management from Indira Gandhi National Open University. He was previously associated with Delhi Transco Limited, Sterling and Wilson Limited, PR Fonroche Private Limited and Mahindra EPC Services Private Limited. He has over 18 years of experience in the field of solar (Engineering procurement construction), Bess(Battery Energy Storage Systems) , Grid Substation, Power Transmission , O&M ( Operation & Maintenance) , BESS Manufacturing , Independent Power Production Development . He is primarily responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, market expansions , investor relationships and growth initiatives.

Mr. Bhagirath Singh
Bhagirath Singh is the Whole-time Director of our Company. He holds a degree in bachelor’s of technology (electrical and electronics engineering) from Rajasthan Technical University, Kota. He has been on the Board of Directors of our Company since August 28, 2024. He has been associated with our Company since 2019 as a purchase lead. He has over 9 years of experience in the field of solar. He is primarily responsible for overseeing end to end operational activities of solar projects in our Company.
Chief Financial Officer & Director – Finance
Mr. Manan Jain
Manan Jain is the Whole-time Director and CFO of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Rajasthan. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and he is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has been on the Board of Directors of our Company since January 1, 2026. He was previously associated with Vimal Goel & Associates as an associate partner and with MJAG & Company as a managing partner. He also had a proprietorship firm named Manan Jain Luhadia & Associates. He was also associated with Jhandewalas Food Limited and Solar91 Cleantech Limited (formerly known as Solar91 Cleantech Private Limited) as an Independent Director. He has over 10 years of experience in the field of audit and taxation. He is primarily responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, project financial modelling, cash flow planning and performance monitoring in our Company. In addition to being on the Board of our Company, he serves on the Board of Genxai Analytics Limited.
Company Secretary and Compliance Officer
Ms. Eshita Dixit
Eshita Dixit, aged 29 years is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. She has been associated with our Company since January 28, 2026. She is a qualified company secretary and an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She was enrolled in the University of Rajasthan for pursing bachelor of law and bachelor of commerce. She has over 6 years of post-qualification experience in handling secretarial compliances. Prior to joining our Company, she was associated with Baid Housing Finance Private Limited, M/s H Nitin & Associates, Babulal Edible Oils Private Limited and Spectrum Foods Limited. She is responsible for ensuring compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, SEBI and other applicable regulations and other statutory requirements in our Company.
Assistant Vice President – Sales
Mr. Krishn Gopal Ratawa
Krishn Gopal Ratawa, aged 55 years is the Assistant Vice President – Sales of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since August 16, 2019. He holds a degree of bachelor of science from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore and degree of bachelor of education from Kota Open University, Kota. He has completed a diploma in perfusion technology from Indian Association of Cardiovascular-thoracic Surgeons. He has over 7 years of experience in sales. He is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

Sharwan Singh Rajpurohit
Shrwan Singh Rajpurohit, aged 38 years is the Assistant General Manager – Operations of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since November 28, 2024. He holds a degree of bachelor’s of education from Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer. He was previously associated with Hinduja Renewables Energy Private Limited. He has over 13 years of experience in the field of engineering and solar. He is responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring solar project activities from commencement to completion.

Dhirendra Singh
Dhirendra Singh, aged 37 years is the Assistant General Manager – Project Management and Construction of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since September 01, 2019. He holds a degree of bachelor of engineering (electronics & communication) from University of Rajasthan (Jaipur). He was previously associated with Grapp Energies Private Limited as project engineer. He has over 8 years of experience in the field of solar and engineering. He is responsible for managing all projects in the Jodhpur division and coordinating with cluster managers in our Company
Assistant Manager- Accounts
Vikas Sharma
Vikas Sharma, aged 33 years is the Assistant Manager- Accounts of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since October 01, 2024. He holds a degree of bachelor’s of commerce from University of Rajasthan. He was previously associated with Rajoria Professional Services Private Limited as an account executive. He has over 7 years of experience in the field of accounting. He is responsible for monitoring daily cash position and liquidity management and to coordinate for intercompany fund transfers and treasury-related transactions in our Company
